Payroll and Benefits Manager - West London
I am excited to be partnering with a Technology business based near Greenford to hire a Payroll and Reward Manager on a permanent role. The client are going through a period of change across their Shared Services offering which includes ensuring all processes around payroll and benefits are automated. You will work very closely with the external payroll provider to ensure accurate payments are made to all employees and external bodies through a newly automated process. We are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience:
- Ensure all salary and benefits payments are correctly processed on time in conjunction with the external payroll provider
- Ensure the year end process is completed including P11Ds, P60s and Year End Reconciliation and all key statistical data is recorded and kept up to date
- Responsible for all employee benefits administration
- Excellent Excel and data manipulation experience
- Running reports on a monthly basis
- Main point of contact to deal with any questions on payroll or benefits including childcare vouchers, annual leave, sickness, maternity pay and paternity pay
Salary £40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits
