The London office of an international law firm are currently recruiting for a new HR Manager to line manage a team of advisors and senior advisors and act as BP to the entire London office (mix of fee-earners and business services).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Offering generalist high-level HR support to senior members of the business;
- Guiding managers
To be considered for this role, you must have strong expertise in complex employee relations. The volume of ER is relatively low but the firm require an expert when issues arise. You must also have HR Managerial/Business Partnering experience from either another law or a professional/financial services environment.
