HR Business Partner
Michael Page is working with a UK wide business who are looking to recruit an interim HR Business Partner for a initial 6 month contract.
Our client is a large distribution business with a large presence in Kent. This is a great opportunity for an HR Business Partner with a strong generalist background to join them on a 6 month contract.
As HR Business Partner you will provide generalist HR support to Managers and staff at their Kent site. This will involve working with managers when ER issues arise and taking a lead in managing disciplinaries and grievances. You will also review policies, ensuring that any changes in employment law are reflected.
In addition you will be required to provide guidance on consultations and provide support through any internal restructures.
This is a highly varied role and will require you to be hands on when required so a flexible approach is required as well as the ability to build effective working relationships.
In order to be considered for this role you will have a generalist background with a strong focus on Employee relations. You will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of employment law and will have a track record of supporting managers and providing comprehensive advice and guidance on all HR related matters.
Basic salary - up to £35,000
