Interim Pay and Benefits Specialist
We are currently recruiting for a part time Interim Reward and Benefits Specialist to join our client on a part time basis (3 days a week) in a day rate (self-employed) of £200 per day for approximately 6 months.
Reporting to the HR Director you will support the HR function in identifying gaps and opportunities regarding pay and reward/benefits. You will look at their current pay and reward/benefits structure and strategy and suggest changes. You will support the current HR/ reward team in upskilling as well as offering advice around benchmarking and job evaluation
What we’re looking for:
. Significant recent pay and reward/benefit experience.
. Commercial sector experience.
. Up to date knowledge (e.g. legal compliance, regulation, best practice).
. Strong research, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
. Experience of managing and administering flexible benefits (and pensions if possible).
. Good communicator.
. Experience with Workday HRIS is highly desirable.
