Your new role
You will be required to provide generalist HR support to employees as part of a wider HR and admin team. With responsibility for the full employment life cycle, training, leading on all employment relations issues as well as managing relationships with trade unions. You will have line management responsibility and support on strategic HR projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD qualified and educated to a degree standard. You will have proven management skills and have vast exposure in a HR Generalist role that includes union experience.
