HR Administrator - Leicester - up to £20,000 - 12 month FTC
Our client is an award winning organisation n the cusp of exciting growth plans and arguably the leading player in their market. Due to this expected growth they are now looking for an experience HR Administrator with strong Excel/Payroll skills to provide professional and efficient HR support to all employees and undertake HR project work, as directed.
The HR Administrator will get involved in sending out all offer letter and contracts to new staff as well as inputting new starts onto the system and liaising with other HR teams to ensure their induction, equipment etc. is ready for them. The HR Administrator will also action any right to work and reference checks prior to new starters joining.
In additional you will directly support the Reward Team with aspects of reward and benefits administration to include administering pensions, healthcare and childcare vouchers. There will also be payroll compilation duties to undertake including amendments to payroll, changes, starters and leavers. You will also get involved in some HR reporting on absence, sickness, turnover etc. and distribute those reports to HR and the wider business.
To be successful in this role you will already be an experienced HR or Payroll Administrator looking to expand your role. You'll have excellent Excel skills and be able to extract data into pivot charts. Ideally you'll be CIPD qualified or on your way to qualifying.
