Compensation Advisor AVP
A Financial services organisation in London are currently looking for someone to work within their Compensation team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the VP of Comp, the AVP will support the Head of in delivering comp advisory services to the wider business and HR. It will also include the below:Support the team Head and VP in developing compensation plans and in delivering a range of compensation based projects.Support with all year end compensation activities.Run compensation analysis to support broad level policy decisions.Deliver compensation related training to HR team.Provide analytics on compensation market data analysis to wider business and HR. Key requirements:At least 2 years in an analytical compensation position and understanding of the year end processes.Experience within Financial services would be ideal.Strong numerical and analytical abilities with excellent excel skills.Ability to liaise with individuals at all levels.
