HR Advisor (Projects) 6mth FTC - £30-35k DEO

A leading, global real estate services firm is looking to add to its HR team with an experienced HR advisor to work initially on a 6 month fixed term contract.

The role -

Providing support to HRBP in the implementation of the business change programme in the UK
Project managing the data and process for key HR activities
Maintain the HR project plan, keeping this up to date and ensuring key deadlines are met.
Providing support on any restructuring and redundancy activity in the business, advising on HR matters in accordance with relevant legislation
Ensuring all people related activity is legally fully compliant
Ensuring Workday data accurately reflects the business and that each person sits in the correct revenue generating team and splits are captured and updated
UK Travel can be required with this role

The person -

Degree level educated or equivalent
Experience of working with a matrix structure
CIPD qualified would be an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across EMEA
Ability to analyse and present data using Excel
Flexible in approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Commercially focused business approach
Excellent communicator with a very high standard of written and spoken communication
Ability to drive projects to closure
Willing and able to undertake transactional work to a high standard
Proven experience of influencing others
