Learning & Development Manager
My client, a globally renowned institution and leading attraction for visitors to London, now has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join their team. It's an exciting time to join this highly reputable and successful organisation. There are lots of new projects ahead that will see the expansion of both physical facilities and digital reach. To ensure their future success, they need to develop great people. As Learning and Development Manager, we are looking for someone who is up to date with latest techniques and thinking in L&D and who has the skills and experience to lead and manage a commercially focussed L&D provision across the organisation. This is a newly created role in which you will develop the strategic integrated plans needed to address business priorities and anticipate future trends. You'll design and deliver an extensive range of training and development interventions for a variety of management and leadership audiences and work with multiple providers to source generic and bespoke solutions. In addition to proven experience of the above, to be considered you will be an experienced facilitator and coach, have worked with (or have ideally implemented) e-learning, be experienced in administering and providing client feedback using a range of tools including personality and 360 degree tools, have worked with development within apprentiship or trainee schemes and be experienced in L&D evaluation and assessing ROI.
