My client is an exciting not for profit organisation that has a great opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join their organisation on a 6 month FTC to cover maternity. The role will report into the Director and manage a small team. You will work closely with the HR team within a collaborative environment. This role will be responsible for identifying recruitment needs and implementing a suitable and effective recruitment strategy to engage and attract top talent for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities of this role will include:

To create and deliver attraction plans for the recruitment of staff, to include attendance of Open Days, job fairs and assessment centres

Work with the bank staff coordinator to ensure service levels are met

Contribute to the development of the recruitment strategy

Taking recruitment briefs and advising of the implementation of candidate attraction methods and selection tools

Assisting with the provision of a shortlist of candidates and management throughout the process to offer management and onboarding

Training on recruitment practices for the line managers

Budget, Supplier and PSL management

Driving system efficiency /development

Provision of Management Information

Internal communication of relevant recruitment information

Conduct CV searching, job board database management and social media promotion

Create attraction materials to promote opportunities.

Key Experience/ Skills:

Experience recruiting large volumes of roles at any given time.

Experience of managing a team and leading recruitment activities across a national organisation

Have an open minded, collaborative and honest approach

Must have a keen interest in working in the not for profit industry
