I am excited to be working with a highly regarded and unique not for profit organisation in the creative arts space on their search for a HR Coordinator based in central London.
As the second member of this small HR team, you will report directly into the Head of HR and have regular interaction with the senior management team, employees and a variety of contacts both internal and external.
You will own and administer HR processes from recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance and talent management, payroll and benefits, as well as employee engagement and policies and procedures. You will continuously seek new ways of adding value to the business while devising and implementing agreed process improvements.
Being a creative organisation, they are looking for a motivated individual who relishes on-going change and improvement while being reactive to business needs. Working within this professional and creative culture, the ideal candidate will build strong relationships while furthering the culture and engagement using positive personal interaction. The ideal candidate will be a strong HR Assistant looking for a step up. You will need to be a pro-active problem solver and a strong team player who is highly flexible and adaptable to continuous change.
Location: Close to major tube network and in an iconic central/west London location.
Salary - c. £24,000 - £26,000 + Additional Benefits
