Reward and Operations Manager
A superb opportunity has arisen with a professional services firm for a Reward and Operations Manager, looking after the global population with regards to compensation, benefits, new joiner procedures, leavers, process design and enhancement, managing the payroll function and analytics.
In this position you must be able to multi task and have a superb analytical mindset. You must be able to build relationships with very senior and challenging stakeholders whilst maintaining operational duties by ensuring current processes run smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible to link HR together with the rest of the business and assist with pay review and bonus calculations.
You must have the ability to prioritise, work with a small team and be able to look after different jurisdictions with different cultures and nationalities.
