Head of HR Shared Service
We are seeking a talented Head of Employee Services/HR Shared Services. This is a key leadership role with group wide accountabilities, partnering with HR leaders and key business leaders to transform and develop all aspects of the employee lifecycle in particular deliver a flexible and responsive employee relations approach.
Supporting a headcount of 1,400 you will provide leadership to a dedicated team of 12 covering all aspects of Payroll, ASK HR, Employee Relations, HR Projects, HR Systems & Reporting.
Through the Employee Services Team you will provide expert guidance and solutions across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Working collaboratively with HR leaders and stakeholders across the business you will help ensure the Shared Services team are aligned to the business and people strategy.
With continuous improvement at its heart you will seek to enhance existing processes and embracing change. You will be capable of analysing complex problems and situations efficiently and effectively, drawing insight from others to support exploration. As an adept relationship-builder, you will know how to convey complex ideas and concepts simply, elegantly and with impact.
