Reward Associate Director
A superb opportunity has become available with a global and leading financial services firm to look after the front office population in EMEA. In this role you'll be responsible to look after c.3,000 employees and also will be involved in M&A work in the future. You'll focus on being the main point of contact for all reward related activity in EMEA and report in the Head of Reward for EMEA.
In this position, you'll look after cash compensation, bonus review, modelling, business partnering, some regulations and ensure a consistent process is followed when entering pay review. In this broad role, you'll ensure budgets are adhered to whilst completing projects in a timely and accurate fashion. You must be advanced on Excel and be able to explain complex reward terms simplistically, particularly to senior stakeholders.
You'll work alongside a small team in London and mentor more junior members in the division whilst taking instruction and guidance from a Director and Head of Reward. You must be able to work individually on occasion, being pragmatic to ensure a consistent approach to reward philosophy across the business. Ideally, you will come from a banking background and have run a number of comp rounds successfully.
