We are delighted to be partnering with a growing Financial Services organisation to recruit a Compensation Manager for their EMEA region. Reporting into the Head of Reward this position will be responsible for managing and directing the design, implementation and regulatory compliance as well as the ongoing monitoring of total compensation programs across EMEA. This role will lead a team of three people and will provide strategic consultative services to lines of business regarding base salary and incentive compensation programs as well as ensuring projects are successfully and properly implemented. You will work closely with the EMEA HR Managers to identify and manage “code staff” related issues and other regulatory matters related to compensation.
We are looking for individuals who have a solid background in compensation from a financial services organisation and have experience in managing projects, defining processes and implementing compensation programs. Extensive incentive plan design experience and a comprehensive knowledge of EMEA regulations is also a must for this role.
