Reporting into the Global Learning you will develop and implement philosophy, framework and competencies that define what Leadership means and creates a culture of continuous learning, and supports the business culture, values and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Responsible for developing and executing the Leadership and Management Development roadmaps, helping the business meet its needs by providing innovative and creative development tools to Leaders and Managers.

Responsible for development and engagement of HiPo's identified through Talent Management processes.

Design, develop and deliver Leadership and Management Development learning solutions across the company, which support the 70:20:10 learning methodology, making best use of current technology to offer a variety of learning options.

Partner with the Global Learning Senior Manager, HR business partners, and key Learning stakeholders throughout the organization to understand the Learning needs that will enable Leaders and Mangers to deliver commercial goals.

Make budget recommendations to meet Leadership and Management learning needs

Build and maintain strong partnerships with all internal stakeholders to ensure that Leadership and Management Development learning solutions are fully integrated into the wider organizational priorities

Manage the relationships with third party learning suppliers and drive a culture of continuous learning.

You will be a dynamic Leadership Development Manager with experience in a forward-thinking high performing international organisation, at both the strategic and operational level. You will have a deep understanding of the Leadership and Management Development learning landscape
