Head of HR
We are working with a very exciting technology business to recruit a Head of HR for a 12 month contract. The company is about to go through a major transformation following a recent acquisition. This role is to lead the current HR Team, whilst supporting the change programme from a people and cultural perspective.
You will have management responsibility for a local HR team of three and will provide proactive HR solutions for the organisation – including all recruitment, ER, compensation etc.
You will have responsibility for leading HR for a further site, ensuring they are providing a supportive and motivational HR service for the team.
You will be the lead for all HR and People aspects following the acquisition including integration, consolidation and restructuring for all teams, as well as developing new target operating models for the business moving forwards.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Professional with experience of leading an HR Team. Ideally you will have experience of working within an M&A or change environment.
Our client is looking for someone to start late September/ early October so a short notice period or immediate availability will be key.
