Group Reward Manager
European division of a leading International business are looking to recruit a Group Reward Manager. Reporting to the Group HR Director and with a dotted line into Reward in the US, this is a new role with a broad remit. This role has two key elements; providing a full reward service to the UK business by working with the divisional HR Directors. This role will proactively plan, run and communicate the annual reward and benefit calendar to ensure all key activities are expertly planned and executed on time and according to policy. The other element is working with the Group HR Director and the Reward Director in the US this individual needs to ensure the consistent implementation of executive remuneration policies in Europe and the development of programmes that are consistent with the company’s global rewards strategy.
Ideally you will be of graduate calibre and currently be in a Reward role in a multi site complex business within sectors such as retail, distribution, engineering or manufacturing. This role is a mix of strategic and operational and you will need to be able to adapt your approach according to the task. Some international experience would be advantageous.
