Are you an experienced HR Officer now seeking the next step in your career ?

Pure are working with a fast paced, growing business in the appointment of an HR Advisor to support them the spectrum of generalist HR matters. The role will include recruitment, retention, performance management, case management and well- being. As first point of contact, the role will work closely with the General Manager and senior management team to understand the business goals and how HR can support the ongoing development of their employees.

Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Communicate with staff and review benefits and compensation
- Act as a key facilitator to initiate long term talent management strategies, including long term work force planning, development plans and succession to prepare existing staff, as well as recruit key skill sets and required attitudes that fit into the culture
- Oversee and coach on best practices for employee performance appraisal
- Prepare reports for the Management Team on designated KPI
- Consult with managers regarding employee turnover, disciplinary action, absenteeism, changes in work settings, employee motivation and recognition, and other employee-related aspects

To be considered for the position, applicants will be have considerable HR generalist experience and hold the CIPD Level 5 qualification (or similar). You will demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship management skills and be comfortable in working across all levels of the business.
