Oakleaf are working with a leading Utilities business in Cambridgeshire as they have a short term requirement for a Recruitment Coordinator to help through the Summer to cover holiday and provide additional support. Ideally they need an experienced recruiter who is able to come in running and has the confidence to pick things up quickly. You will support with writing adverts, shortlisting applications, arranging interviews, answering calls and other general duties to help the team. The qualities we are looking for are: - Proven experience of working in an in-house recruitment team or recruitment agency- Strong understanding of employment law relating to recruitment and selection
- Proven experience of using MS Office software including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Good standard of copy writing skills
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Good attention to detail- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to engage positively with a wide audience- Ability to act professionally and deal with sensitive / confidential information
