HR Manager (Stand Alone)

Frazer Jones has been instructed on an HR Manager role working in a standalone capacity covering a period of maternity for 6-9 months. Supporting a client base of 100 front and back office employees in the London office, the HR Manager will provide a full generalist HR service across the business to key stakeholders and the employee population.

As you would expect from a standalone you will be responsible for the end to end HR process working closely with the CFO, finance team (month payroll and benefits) and other front office and back office stakeholders. Specific duties include supporting the senior management team on employee relations issues, developing and implementing HR policies, managing the recruitment process, and other operational HR matters.

This role will have a substantial reporting and administrative element including internal communications, HRIS systems issues, resourcing, monthly payroll and benefits, joiners and leavers, employee relations, training and development.

In order to qualify for this role you must have a proven background in generalist HR covering all major competencies. You must also be a self-starter who is able to work on their own initiative and present ideas and solutions to problems. Experience in compensation and benefits and reporting/management information with appropriate competence in utilising spreadsheets, data analysis and manipulation is also of paramount importance.

Evidence of working in a similar environment previously will be preferable.
