Badenoch & Clark is currently working in partnership with a highly reputable company based out of Redhill towards the appointment of a Senior Learning & Development Advisor. Due to an increased workload, the role requires an immediate start on a contract basis running until at least December of next year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a company that places a huge amount of gravitas and value on their HR Department. Due to the nature of this role, the suitable applicant will be someone with an exemplary demonstrable track record within a similar function.
As Senior Learning & Development Advisor, your work will provide crucial support to the HR Operations Manager in the form of the analysis, creation, co-ordination and execution of training programmes that will supplement company objectives in congruence with the talent management plan. As such, you must have an exemplary organisational capacity with the ability to communicate concepts throughout all tiers of the business.
Key Accountabilities:
*Construct and develop clear, succinct and ultimately, effective training programmes that will help the company and its employees achieve their potential.
*Work with subject matter experts and customers in the prognosis of company objectives in order to create a bespoke training.
*Delineate whereby the company and its staff need to improve by working with the regional management team.
*Develop the business case for L&D initiatives.
*Spearhead all activities regarding induction and orientation.
*Spearhead the roll out of new initiatives as part of the wider learning and development team.
*Develop and define web-based programmes, utilising various formats to do so.
*Ensure the accuracy, integrity, punctuality and relevance of all training content.
*Contribute to the administration, quality control and design of learning management system content.
Essentials:
*Educated to Degree level within a relevant field or has demonstrable prior experience within a similar function.
*A proven track record in the design and delivery of a diverse range of learning and development solutions.
*Exemplary track record in the delivery of various learning solutions.
*Prior experience of administering and maintaining a learning management system.
*Proficient knowledge and practical application of MS Office.
