A leading global law firm is looking for an experienced HR Manager to support a fee earning client group, offering strategic advice and proactive support across all areas of HR. You will work closely with specialist teams such as learning & development, resourcing, ER and reward as well as collaborating with other HR Managers across the department in the delivery of the global HR plan and firm wide projects.


Working closely with the Head of HR to implement HR strategy for the client group

Implementation of talent and succession plans

Advising on HR matters related to the recruitment, development and retention of individuals within the client group

Identification and proactive resolutions of issues, using both central HR teams and other departments as necessary

Supporting partners to deliver effective staff management processes and messages

Being responsible for the successful execution of the annual review process

Ensuring that development outcomes arising from reviews are assessed and actioned

Responsible for the successful implementation of the salary and bonus review process

Input into the secondment planning process

Analysis and action planning following engagement surveys

Working with the finance team to supply data for the budgeting and resource planning process

Responsibility for agreeing career breaks and other periods of unpaid leave and flexible working arrangements

Undertaking exit interviews, analysing feedback and responding as appropriate.

Assisting with the planning and execution of the Partnership Selection and Counsel promotion processes


Graduate Qualification with CIPD or similar certification

Solid track record as an HR practitioner in a corporate, finance, professional services, consultancy or law firm, ideally in a Partnership (LLP) environment

Experience of working with senior management within a complex international organization

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels and particularly to win the

respect of the Partner community, building and developing strong client relationships

High energy individual who enjoys both the operational and strategic sides of this role and shows great flexibility
