Regional HR Business Partner
HRBP role covering 20 sites in the North. This is a great role for an energetic and successful HRBP.
This job sits within Care, which provides older people with high quality nursing and residential care throughout the country. My client's homes offer a wide range of high quality care options including respite, palliative and specialist dementia care.
Plan, co-ordinate and implement special programmes and projects in support of the Group's activities, including implementation of mergers and other TUPE transfers.
Advise managers on performance management strategies to enable individuals' and teams perform at consistently high levels and achieve business aims.
Maintain effective relationships with internal customers and external contracts to ensure service delivery is in line with business needs.
Assist in the development and delivery of the Group's HR strategy, in support of the Group business objectives.
The successful candidate will have previous multi site experience in a similar role, you will be able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly. You will have experience of TUPE, ER and Influencing senior stakeholders.
You will be CIPD qualified and degree educated.
