We are working with a global Management Consultancy firm currently on an interesting position. The firm have grown rapidly and naturally processes haven't grown at the same pace, there is an opportunity therefore to join the firm as an expert on employment law, compliance and risk taking the lead on projects to implement as well as act as the expert in these areas of HR.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the person in this position will be responsible for:

Acting as an expert on ER legislation and policy development, actively coaching stakeholders

Manage review and development of HR policies and procedures

Provide support on issues including performance management and capability, absence, change management, flexible working

Manage PIPs, hearings, disciplinaries and investigations

Review legislation and ensure internal processes are compliant

Drive projects such as gender pay gap reporting, general data protection regulation

Regular immigration audits, ad-hoc global mobility

Develop HR guides and templates

Conduct exit interviews and report on trends

Lead on diversity and wellness for the firm

Candidates suitable for this position will:

Have strong employment law knowledge and relevant experience developing policies and managing ER cases

Have experience working in a professional services firm ideally

Have experience managing projects on regulations, process improvement etc.
