We are working with a global Management Consultancy firm currently on an interesting position. The firm have grown rapidly and naturally processes haven't grown at the same pace, there is an opportunity therefore to join the firm as an expert on employment law, compliance and risk taking the lead on projects to implement as well as act as the expert in these areas of HR.Reporting to the HR Manager, the person in this position will be responsible for:Acting as an expert on ER legislation and policy development, actively coaching stakeholdersManage review and development of HR policies and proceduresProvide support on issues including performance management and capability, absence, change management, flexible workingManage PIPs, hearings, disciplinaries and investigationsReview legislation and ensure internal processes are compliantDrive projects such as gender pay gap reporting, general data protection regulationRegular immigration audits, ad-hoc global mobilityDevelop HR guides and templatesConduct exit interviews and report on trendsLead on diversity and wellness for the firmCandidates suitable for this position will:Have strong employment law knowledge and relevant experience developing policies and managing ER casesHave experience working in a professional services firm ideallyHave experience managing projects on regulations, process improvement etc.
