We have just received an exciting new exclusive brief from a City of London based Data Management Consultancy to hire a Talent and Resourcing Partner on a 12 Month FTC. We are looking for a flexible and tenacious individual to lead a small team on the delivery of the recruitment and talent strategy. You will be a CIPD qualified HR professional who can manage the full recruitment process alongside an Internal Recruiter and deliver training, mentoring and coaching programmes alongside the L&D Coordinator.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to hire Senior Management and Line Manager level vacancies and be creative in how you attract talent. You will be proficient with Social Media Campaigns, industry events and networking opportunities in order to attract very specialist candidates. You will also have an awareness of the need to plan headcount based on project work and build very strong relationships with stakeholders in order to ensure this is carried out effectively.

You will be instrumental in ensuring the Talent Management Strategy is on track to be achieved and play a key role in this 5 Year Plan. This will centre around building internal capability and retaining key talent across all teams.

Salary £45,000 - £50,000 plus excellent benefits and agile working culture
