Reporting to the Head of Reward this position will be responsible for managing the Reward and MI Analyst and providing a pro-active reward and recognition advice and solutions to support the business operation. The main purpose of this role will be to review, design and deliver compensation, benefits and recognition propositions to drive colleague engagement and productivity. You will support the Head of Reward with all Remuneration Committee requirements and will support in carrying out the annual bonus and pay processes. You will also become a subject matter expert for all compliance and regulatory requirements that impact on reward and benefits within the financial services industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a small team and cover a breadth of reward activities.
To be successful in the role you will have proven experience of working within a senior reward and benefits role ideally within financial services as well as solid skills in performance measurement and reporting. Excellent attention to detail as well as strong analytical skills is a must. Financial Services experience is highly desirable.
