A large player in the Facilities Management market are currently looking for a Reward Analyst to join their busy team.
This role is to support the Head of Reward with all compensation and benefits activities with a focus of both pensions and share schemes.
- Support with the wider compensation activity
- Managing all data in relation to compensation and benefits
- Coordinating share plans
- Monthly pension reconciliations
- Vendor and 3rd party supplier management
You must have strong excel skills has this role has a large focus on spreadsheet data, as well as PowerPoint. Compensation experience is essential as is being highly analytical.
