The job is called HR Manager as it leads a small transactional team. The job is ideal for someone who has operated at Advisor or even Co-ordinator level and has a strong theoretical underpin and would like to step-up. Equally it would suit a seasoned HR Manager who is motivated by working locally and joining this lovely team.
The day to day job is very generalist and would support line managers with their people issues and performance management , manage any ER cases, manage the HR budget and improve processes and other ad-hoc projects around diversity, culture, engagement and of course learning.
