Learning and Training ManagerCovering Cheadle and NewcastlePermanentupto £55,000 A permanent opportunity for a Learning and Training Manager to work as a regional learning manager for sites based in Cheadle and Newcastle. It is an exciting opportunity to help drive training and comptence across three centres ( Cheadle, Newcastle and Oldbury) This role will be pivotal in ensuring that all leaders and people are able to deliver brilliant experiences to our customers. This role includes shaping career paths, driving capability and a high performance culture across the team. Key Duties:Work with senior stakeholders to embed and improve training and competence scheme across all sitesDesign and delivery of all traning for the businessMonitor and report on the operational effectiveness of the schemeIdentify and mitigate business risk through the analysis of dataScope out and lead the design, delivery and embedding of all trainingStrong partnering with operational key stakeholders including compliance to ensure any changes are communicated and in line with regulatory responsibilities.Conduct regular assessments of competencyCollaborate with central L&D team and senior leaders to support the leadership development strategy to help deliver change in the business. We are looking for a proven expert in L&D and proven experience of designing, implementing and managing training schemes.
