Part Time - Senior Health & Safety Advisor


My client is a highly reputable public sector organisation based in Coventry and is looking for a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join their department on a permanent basis.

This is a part time role where you will be working 22.5 hours per week onsite.

The successful candidate will ensure that all teams and services have appropriate Health and Safety Policy & Procedures in place. The Senior Health & Safety Advisor will assist in the development, consultation, implementation and review of Health & Safety strategies.

Key requirements:

A satisfactory police check via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

A thorough understanding of Health & Safety Legislation, Management Systems and Techniques.

Be able to work independently and within a team of Directors, Senior Managers and amongst employees.

Have a minimum qualification of a NEBOSH Diploma and be either a Graduate Member or Chartered Member of IOSH (Institute of Safety & Health).

The salary for this role is £30,153 - £36,379 pro rata, depending on qualifications and experience.
