Reporting into the CEO in a standalone role, the successful candidate will work in a broad generalist capacity for all HR related matters across resourcing, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits. Previous experience of working with or awareness of Senior Managers' Regime would be useful in addition to experience of recruiting executive level roles. The successful candidate will have a strong track record operating as a true generalist, and demonstrate proactivity, their initiative and ability to relate comfortably with senior stakeholders.
