Senior HR Business Partner
Better Placed HR People are working to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner for a well known brand based in Leeds. This HR Business Partner role represents a rare opportunity to join a business that are on their upward trajectory. The organisation is an expert in their field and has won numerous industry awards for excellence and innovation. They are now looking to grow their already successful business partnering model.
This Senior HR Business Partner role will see you get exposure across the matrix of the organisation. You will partner with the Head Office functions including Marketing, IT and Finance and you will be an integral member of the operational leadership team in these areas. Your role will be to guide the leadership team through the exciting changes that the organisation is embarking on. This will include activities and projects in areas such as Talent and Succession, Performance Management, Resourcing, Organisational Design and Change. The role is a broad generalist HRBP role in the sense that there truly isn't an area of HR that you won't be involved in or have responsibilities for. You will however, work with your colleagues in Learning and Development, Resourcing, Reward and Organisational Development. This is an exciting opportunity to draw upon your expertise to ensure that the people agenda is delivered across your areas of responsibility.
You will have a track record of expertise gained preferably in a highly matrixed environment, with exposure to leading and effecting organisational change in a complex employee relations environment. In addition, you will have in depth generalist HR experience, covering all elements of HR Management. There will be the opportunity to manage, coach and mentor more junior members of the HR team so line management experience or a desire to operate in this space would be advantageous. You will be someone who has a natural customer focus, you will be a driven individual who is inquisitive and always looking for ways to innovate and bring fresh ideas to a problem or situation.
