Interim HR Project Manager - Redundancy & Site Closure
Hudson have been instructed by a Multinational manufacturing business with a site in Wembley to hire an Interim HR Project Manager so assist in the closure of the facility. The site will shortly enter into a period of formal consultation which will effect all employees and they require additional support to ensure the correct processes are followed. You will have previous experience with large scale redundancies and site closures within a Unionised environment. We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
- CIPD Qualification
- Experience leading a large scale collective redundancy programme
- Operating in a unionised environment
- Engaging stakeholders across multiple functions
- Excellent understand of the UK Employment Law requirements of a consultation and site closure process
You will partner with the Group HR Director and on site HR Advisor to lead the process through to a conclusion by the end of 2017 or early 2018.
Salary £55,000 - £65,000
