Organisational Development Manager - People Survey
Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a large national charity who are looking to appoint an OD Manager on an interim basis to join them specifically to focus on the delivery of the 2017 workforce survey. In collaboration with key internal stakeholders and external consultancies you will lead reporting, communications and exploration of the results. Key deliverables Ensure that the 2017 people survey aligns to the corporate strategy and emerging trendsIntegrate both external insight and best practice in workforce engagement into plansMake recommendations for an approach to workforce engagement in 2018-2019Lead a small project teamDevelop an overarching project plan, recognising risks and interdependenciesRespond constructively to any issues that emerge and support the project team to find solutionsEnsure each element of the project delivers on time and in budgetWork with the Communications and Engagement directorate to develop a compelling communications planEnsure delivery of the survey, data and reports that are accurate and on time To be successful for this position you should have experience designing and delivering a workforce survey including gathering and analysing large amounts of data. You should be able to work closely with a range of HR and OD leaders and be able to start at short notice.
