We are currently managing a great resourcing opportunity with a small service led organisation based in the Leeds area. Due to an increase in business they are now looking for a confident recruitment administrator to join them until December.
Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director you will cover a full spectrum of recruitment administration activities. You will manage the company database, ensuring that all information held is accurate and up to date. You will manage the initial application process, responding to interested candidates and qualifying their suitability against active vacancies. You will complete additional ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this hands-on opportunity you will have a strong track record of success working in an administrative capacity ideally within a recruitment environment. With excellent written and verbal communication skills you will be self-motivated with a confident and professional telephone manner. With a keen eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously and to deadlines this is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to cement their recruitment administration skill set.
