An financial services company based in the City of London is looking for a HR Administrator to be responsible for all HR, recruitment and benefits administration.
- Responsible for the management of the full employee life cycle, including the on boarding process which consists of new starter contracts, weekly inductions and obtaining references
- Enrolling new starters onto the internal learning management system weekly
- Assisting the business with the annual performance management process
- Previous financial services experience in essential to be considered for this role
- Previously worked as a HR administrator
- Possess exceptional organisational skills
