My client, a global Technology business, are looking for a HR Manager to join their fantastic team in their Cambridge office. You will support on all HR initiatives working strategically with the HR Director, as well as manage the day to day operational side. With an open-door culture, you will work with the global HR team to help build a stable HR presence across the business and support them as they continue to grow.

Duties will include, but by no means be limited to;

Supporting the HR Director with new ideas for a number of HR Projects

Run the recruitment database but tracking applicants and managing the performance management module

Supporting and developing a number of training programmes including a new leadership plan

Provide HR analytics for the HR Director including headcount, turnover, recruitment figures

Help rolling out the new values, improving the employer brand through LinkedIn

With amazing communication throughout the business, employee engagement is really important to them so you will also be responsible for running monthly surveys and feedback from employees. Collaboration is key and HR have a huge part to play in this, so you must be someone who is keen to push this.

Paying up to £50,000 basic salary, they also offer an amazing benefits package including a subsidised canteen, onsite parking, annual salary review and a 10% discretionary bonus.
