My client, a global Technology business, are looking for a HR Manager to join their fantastic team in their Cambridge office. You will support on all HR initiatives working strategically with the HR Director, as well as manage the day to day operational side. With an open-door culture, you will work with the global HR team to help build a stable HR presence across the business and support them as they continue to grow.Duties will include, but by no means be limited to;Supporting the HR Director with new ideas for a number of HR ProjectsRun the recruitment database but tracking applicants and managing the performance management moduleSupporting and developing a number of training programmes including a new leadership planProvide HR analytics for the HR Director including headcount, turnover, recruitment figuresHelp rolling out the new values, improving the employer brand through LinkedInWith amazing communication throughout the business, employee engagement is really important to them so you will also be responsible for running monthly surveys and feedback from employees.
