Role: HR ManagerPermanentSalary: GBP43,000Location: Old StreetA dynamic and growing Not-for-Profit business are seeking a HR Manager to join their close-knit and supportive HR team in their London office. With a number of offices based across the UK, you will have a national remit and be able to provide mutual support to all offices.This is a true generalist role with a large focus based on employee relations as well as dealing with TUPE transfers. Experience in these areas is a must! You will also be responsible for managing and developing the HR Advisors, and working closely alongside Managers across the business to coach them in relation to staff issues.Duties:Support the L&D department with training, aims and objectivesAssist the Head of HR with the implementation of HR strategiesSupport and advise on recruitment campaignsEnsuring policies and procedures are update to date and in line with current employment lawAssisting the Head of HR with managing HR budgets This year their focus is looking at external training, increasing performance management, targets and objectives. You must have a genuine interest in working for a not-for-profit business whose work is very much a strong focus and topic in the UK at the minute. Occasional travel across the offices is required so you must be happy to do so.The ideal personal will have strong communication skills and time management is crucial in this role, as well as the ability to stay open minded and engaged at all times.
