Better Placed HR People are pleased to be working with a reputable brand based in the Midlands who are looking for a Recruitment Partner to join their well established team. Reporting directly into the HR Director, you will work closely with key stakeholders to develop the recruitment strategy and develop pipelines of talent in niche areas. You will have a strong background in resourcing and experience in using a variety of methods such as direct source and external agencies. You will manage the full 360 recruitment process, from taking a brief from managers, sourcing candidates and headhunting, all the way to interviewing and offer management. You will monitor and manage the recruitment budget to ensure that spending is as efficient as possible. Your relationship building skills will be second to none and you will be an excellent communicator, able to understand line managers' needs and relay them in your recruitment strategy.
We are looking for an ambitious individual with a strong background in internal recruitment. You will ideally be CIPD qualified and have experience resourcing at all levels. You will be forward thinking and experienced in working in a fast paced environment and delivering under pressure.
