My client is a leading Logistics organisation with a large national footprint. I am looking to speak with experienced HR Mangers & HRBP’s who have worked within fast paced and agile Logistics / Manufacturing environments.
This HR Manager vacancy will be responsible for a small team and work closely with the Operations teams to improve business KPI’s and drive the overall local HR agenda. You will lead and oversee complex ER cases and develop your team to deliver the end to end HR operations. This role will involve supporting management teams with absence, disciplinary and grievance issues and implementing the HR strategy working closely with the Head of HR and HR Director. The HR Manager will be a subject matter expert on Industrial Relations and work closely with union representatives to help deliver a positive culture.
The medium sized HR team is well respected within the business and you will act as a true business partner to the business Senior Leadership Team to deliver operational excellence and put plans in place to combat common business issues.
Although this role will involve some travel the successful candidates will be based close to the Leeds. The role reports to the Head of HR and is paying £50-60k + benefits.
