Applications are invited for the following post that will be based at Freeman College in Sheffield.

Ruskin Mill provides innovative and experiential education and training for young people marginalized by disadvantage, exclusion or special learning needs. Inspired by Rudolf Steiner and John Ruskin, the College actively promotes through craftsmanship and entrepreneurship the traditional economic activities of the area.

The key function of this post is to ensure the provision of sound professional human resource advice, administrative and support services to Freeman College, Brantwood Specialist School and Clervaux Trust.

The successful applicant will need to have experience of providing employee relations (including investigations, disciplinary and grievances), recruitment and human resource advice with regards to the application of Trust policies and procedures.

They should also have a sound working knowledge of current employment legislation and experience of working in a similar advisory role and having a CIPD qualification would be desirable. Experience of working within a care or educational organisation would be advantageous.
