Our client is a fantastic, high growth brand in the technology space who are currently experiencing some exciting growth and change. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial, enthusuastic HR Manager to take on the first HR role in the UK and continue to contribute to the success of the business.

HR Manager - Up to £40k - London- Job Role

Reporting to the Senior HR Director, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team at a very exciting time for the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Leading on all operational HR activites including recruitment, onboarding, performance, reward etc.
  • Working on change initiatives, particularly with a cultural element for your client group
  • Navigating ambiguity and making key decisions around HR processes and policies etc. to enable the success of the change project
  • Working on M&A as they further grow and scale

HR Manager - Up to £40k - London - Key Skills

  • Experience gained in a fast-paced organisation, with a solid background in all generalist HR activities
  • HR qualified, either through CIPD, Bachelor's or MA
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, being adaptable to changing and ambiguous environments
  • Flexibility to work with stakeholders at all levels in the organization, particularly at leadership level
