Workday Payroll Migration Specialist - £185-250 day rate - 18 mth FTC - West Home Counties

Our client has a requirement for a Payroll Migration project support for an 18 month project to commence from mid-September with an option to work from home.

The office is based an hour from Waterloo and 10 mins from Reading, Windsor, Staines and Feltham.

Role:

Collation of employee / payroll data for input to ADP via tool. Verifying that ADP's data capture templates are fully populated, all key information provided.

Overseeing test run, extracting & verifying test output, re-runs.

Overseeing parallel run. Resolving issues.

Signing off ADP's solution build.

Verifying the suite of Reports required / supplied.

Ensuring project deadlines are met.

Verifying the design of GL journal(s) - interactiion with Finance

Skills:

Workday knowledge essential

Hands-on experience of end-to-end Payroll processing

Experience of multi-country payrolls will be a distinct advantage.

Someone who can operate without close direction.

Interaction:

High level of interaction with country Payroll & HR Support.

Interaction with ADP/its country partners (testing).

Supporting the Project PM on smooth delivery of project, dependable.

Good interpersonal skills, collaborative & approachable.

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in an exciting project for 18 months.
