Recruiter (European Language)
My client is currently looking for a Recruiter with a 2nd European language - French, German or Spanish may be considered. They are a specialist global financial Services business based in the City, undergoing ongoing expansion and with an open, collaborative and professional culture. This individual will be an integral part of the Resourcing team, acting as an additional resource to support direct sourcing activity for Business Partners and Head of Resourcing. This role will span across EMEA and provide support to business stakeholders across the UK, Continental Europe and MENA. My client will need a proactive recruiter who can bring strong resourcing capability to the team.
Key Responsibilities include the following: Source candidates for corporate-wide professional and management positions in financial servicesDevise bespoke recruitment strategy for each role, to include the implementation of proactive marketing, sourcing, and advertising strategiesSource, screen and assess competence of candidates against job specificationDrive and utilise creative and cost-effective sourcing tools to enable a smooth recruitment processEnable a proactive approach to recruitment, looking beyond immediate needs
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Graduate calibre with extensive experience of recruitment at all levelsExperience in managing European recruitment delivery at all levelsProven ability to source and design innovative direct recruitment strategiesSound project management capability with ability to set and perform against a set recruitment planAble to operate successfully in an environment of significant change and growthEntrepreneurial, self-starter with a good track record of working in a dynamic and self-sufficient environmentA second European language and financial services experience will be looked upon favourably Competitive salary and benefits on offer to the successful candidate.
