Interim L&D Manager
My client, a leading European transportation business, is urgently seeking an interim L&D Manager to be based at their offices in North London on an initial 12 month contract.
As a brand new role within the organisation's structure and reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of Leadership Development programmes & other training interventions within London to meet current and future management development needs, ensuring managers have the relevant skills to fulfil their roles most effectively.
The successful candidate will have experience of designing and delivering training to all levels of a business within a large organisation (this client is c.6000 people in size) as well as significant experience of working with operational management to create organisation wide and individual training needs analysis.
This is an urgent hire and, as such, the client's preference is for a candidate available at short notice.
