Interim Head of Talent & Learning and Development
My client, a leading business services organisation, requires an interim Head of Talent & Learning and Development to manage the Talent Management and Learning and Development agenda within a business of c 1200 employees, during a year-long maternity cover. This role is being offered as a fixed term contract and would require someone to be based from the Leeds office.
As the Head of Learning & Development you will report into the Group HR Director with whom you will work to translate the business strategy into a robust talent management model and framework.
A large proportion of this role will be focussed on driving a high performance culture and developing leadership capability.
As well as being someone who has had significant exposure to leadership and management development programmes and talent management initiatives and solutions, you would also describe yourself as a broad L&D practitioner with a willingness to help with more operational tasks such as helping to imbed a new HR system.
The ideal candidate will have previously managed L&D teams and worked with sales teams. You will be available for work from September.
