Positioned within the Performance and Reward team of one of the world’s leading consultancies, our client is looking for experienced Specialists/Managers to continue in the support of growing their ever expanding operation. Your key focus will be to deliver high quality advice to clients across the financial services sector on a full range of reward issues.
We are looking for exceptional consultants at Specialist/Manager level with Financial Services industry experience and who possesses a diverse skill set within reward. The key areas of interest range from Executive Compensation, Governance & Compliance, Due Diligence, Share Plans, Long Term Incentive Design and Expatriate Tax. Experience of High Net-Worth tax and Global Employment Tax would also be of interest as would prior experience in providing reward advice in various M&A scenarios.
Our client is open to looking at individuals from either an in-house, consulting or regulatory environment. Ideally you will possess an ACA/ACCA/CA; CTA or Law qualification.
You will be a proactive and commercial individual who demonstrates the ability to partner with clients, build and maintain these relationships and provide a first class client experience. This role will also focus heavily on internal relations of the business to ensure the high standard of delivery and deepen client relationships.
