Success Factors Specialist
A leading Private Sector organisation is looking for an interim Success Factors specialist to provide support following the global implementation of the system. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR systems and will bring a high degree of technical knowledge coupled with a strong problem solving ability to ensure systems are utilised to their full advantage. The main responsibilities of this role will be data validation, configuration on Success Factors as well as managing and conducting global people data maintenance..
The successful candidate will be highly numerate and have proven experience of Success Factors as well as advanced Excel skills . Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail is a pre-requisite for this role.
