Diversity & Inclusion Manager (6 Month Contract)
Our client, a leading Media brand is looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Lead to join the organisation initially on a 6 month contract. The role will report directly to the HR Director and will have full accountability for launching their ambitious strategy.
The organisation employs circa 700 staff in the UK with a proportion unionised. The post will champion and deliver Diversity and Inclusion activities across the organisation. Deliverables will include: achieving disability confident accreditation, establishing influential relationships with external groups to share best practice, supporting and driving the roll out of a freelancer database, designing and launching a mentoring scheme and developing a diversity dashboard of metrics.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing a Diversity & Inclusion strategy ideally within a media/creative environment. You will have excellent project management skills and be able to clearly demonstrate building trusted relationships both in and out of the HR community. You will have a passion for D&I and be able to access an extensive network to share best practice. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to drive the D&I strategy for an iconic brand.
